MAKA Return and refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it. Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Opened or used beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 3 days, for any reason.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags, and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10–20 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
