Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. For international orders, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.

We offer free nationwide shipping for orders of $100 or more. Delivery for domestic orders typically takes 3 to 5 business days. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing but usually range from 7 to 21 business days. Please note that occasional delays can occur due to factors beyond our control.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
MAKA is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your international order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.

Damages
MAKA is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Ensure you retain all packaging materials and damaged items until the claim process is complete.
