Processing and Shipping Times

We process orders within 2 to 3 business days. Shipments are not made on Sundays or public holidays. For international orders, processing may take an additional 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Free domestic shipping on all orders of $100 and above.
Domestic delivery: 3 to 5 business days.
International delivery: 10 to 15 business days, depending on destination and customs. Occasional delays may occur.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. MAKA is not liable for any additional charges applied after shipment.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.

Damaged or Lost Items
We carefully package every order, but if your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Our support team is also available to assist you.
